Middle Tennessee DS Ride Schedule Q2 2010

ST = Super Tenere in Yamaspeak. No guarantees how much gravel we can find but we will be looking. Don't expect as much as Hickman Co, but there are a few good roads with gravel in the area. I don't know of any single track out that way.

Awesome, love the Super Tenere! Workman would fit in better on his GS then. I was thinking you guys had an area similar to LBL or Hickman planned out. I probably wouldn't have much fun trying to follow you guys on my little thumper. We will most likely stick to LBL this weekend then. Sorry for the confusion. Maybe I need to trade my FJR for the Super T.

Randy, I have 165 miles of 70%+ dirt/gravel mapped in Houston, Stewart and Humphrey's county mapped out. I've ridden all but about 55-60 miles of it, and that's the southern part toward McEwen. If you are interested, I can send it your way.

I should be free to ride that day

You would not be disappointed if you did. The Tenere got over 20k on it last year and the ST1300 only about 5k. As much as I hate to sell the 1300, it just keeps me constrained to pavement. It's no fun if I can't explore. The Tenere is my bike of choice these days. The only thing it lacks is the sportbike punch, better rain protection and the electric shield.

That's what I'm afraid of, the FJR has a ton of PUNCH!

I'm for a Dover meetup. Breakfast and unloading spot all in one place. I'll be on my DRZ with knobbies. Can we do much gravel in that area? I know we can venture into LBL, but what about parts south?

EDIT: Erin or Dover is fine. I thought Erin was a bit further away for me, but it's all a wash.

I'd be down for a meet in Dover and ride dirt in LBL. I'd love to ride Hickman too. I hear it's a great place!

Works for me. 7-7:30? That'll give us an hour to eat, and an hour to get to either Dover or Erin. If it's decided on Erin, definetely be 7:30-7:45.

So when and where are we meeting? Are we kickstands up at 9:30?
