I'm going for a jaunt from Kilcoy at 8.30 to Jimna,Galangowan,Kadanga,Imbil,Kenilworth and back to Kilcoy around 4pm. If anyone cares to follow me your most welcome.

Pace is "meandering" and there is no snotty stuff. Just flowing trails and dirt roads. It's about 90% dirt from here. Very nice :thumb

    Cheers Steve :freaky

"Very nice" is right Steve. Did some of that route a couple of days ago. If you're taking the main road north of Jimna it's in pretty good nick & fast at the moment.
Have you ever been to Yabba Falls? On the topo. map there appears to be a road that goes from (I'm guessing) the Peach Trees area across to Yabba/Old Yabba Roads. Just thought you might know.

    Anyway, have a good one!:D

    Cheers

I finaly got the engine running on the 950 last night (I had'nt Bent the Valves, LOOOONG story)
But the weekend will be taken up by painting my new bike trailer and reassembling the rest of the 950, Then I will be out there again, Too much time working on things (bikes, trailer, and designing a new house) and not riding. Enjoy and stay safe

Hi woopy, old yabba rd is closed to the public as far as I know. We went through there a couple of years ago but we obtained permission from the land owner and didn't do the falls as it was a bit of a hike to get there.

    Cheers Steve.

Bummer.... would love to go for a ride to brush off this jet lag.... but I put my radiators to get a nagging leak fixed before I went away and they haven't come back yet.... so no can do...

    I'll get there one day...

    Cheers

Hey woopy, I should have said you can still do a bit a few trails and roads around Peachtrees and Yabba/Old Yabba but we try and leave that area alone for the bushwalkers etc who camp at Peachtrees.

    Regards Steve.

Hi Al, got 2 DR 650's and a 800GS coming along. I don't know Peter or Mcadoo so I don't know there level of ability but as I said there's no hard core stuff.

There's a couple of creek crossing but nothing deep or gnarly.

    Steve.

PS.....Haven't you had enough fun recently......and this ride is sand free...!
