This ride report makes me want to get another KTM 530 and start riding again. Especially since I live it this type of environment. I think Prescott area does have a lot more single track and just plain fun trail opportunities than Payson actually.
    Thanks for sharing guys.

She has softened in her position when she saw that no riding leads to depression :cry

Shoulder is doing fine. The long time off/rehab almost killed me though. :D

Hopefully I will have the little bike ready to ride again by this weekend and can join you all on the next one.

Looks like it was super fun, especially being wet like that. Good Traction ? :D

TC, traction actually was a little tricky. The rocks were wet and slick and then you would randomly hit deep mud. Still, it was awesome!

Are you sure that was AZ? All that rain has things looking great. It was hard to tell when you left lower, upper YD trail and entered middle, lower, upper YD trail though.

Watch out for Refokus around those puddles...he's a known splasher!

Looks like a great ride. We were up there Sat also and we almost did Yankee doodle as well. We ended up finding our way down to old Bodie Mine rd and down to the Hassayampa instead. Fantastic weather though. I'm surprised you guys didn't get rained on. When we got back up to five corners there had clearly been a LOT of rain recently, quite the mud fest after that.:clap

As much as I hate riding in water and rain, I would have much rather been out there than stuck at home waiting for my back to heal this weekend. :cry I think it's going to be a few more weeks too. :puke1

Hey Nightstalker. Excellent post and pics thanks for sharing. I printed the map you included and rode the Lynx Lake trail head that is right off the rode on the way to the restaurant you featured in your thread. We were only able to find a few trails and ended up riding only 10 miles all on the same trails. I don't use a GPS unit so the map you provided doesn't help me find the trails that you rode. Are you going to be doing this ride again this summer/fall?
