    Good ride guys!

Just got home. Only 190miles for me.

Turned into a night ride for Hababam and I, working our way over to Lost Lake, then Lytle Creek. The force is strong with that one.

I'll get some pics uploaded a bit later.

Had lotsa fun. The only thing that upsets me is that dunerat didn't show up to drink the pitcher that ended up being abandoned at slashx...

Hangin' out at the McD's parking lot.

    Let's roll!

Had to make a quick stop a couple miles up the road to officially document 60k miles on my bike :clap

Happened to be in the middle of an OHV staging area. Chaos ensued.

Somewhere up on Baldy Mesa we lost sospelotudo and shakes. Did some backtracking, but couldn't find them. Sweep said they had the GPS track, so we moved on...

    Rolling out to the hi-dez...
M1Jeep, Strangebone, DSM8, and KLRrob hiding behind Hababam
    [IMG]

Strangebone and Hababam both dumped it in a looong straight sandwash, just shy of the hardpacked exit road. Wasn't quick enough with my camera, but there were plenty of witnesses, so it really did happen. Almost made it guys!

Quick stop at 395 for some to get fuel, then a faaaast :evil road over to Silver Lakes.

The Mojave River really does exist!

    I'm being followed :eek1
    [IMG]

Knowing there were some sandy patches on the next section, I asked DSM8 to escort Strangebone (on the GSA) up to Hodge Road via pavement. The rest of us hit the dirt...

Regrouping a short time later and look who shows up... sospelotudo and shakes.

So we regained two, but then lost one, as Strangebone decided to run pavement to Barstow then to Slash-X. Turned out to be a wise decision since we hit some serious deep sand on the way over to I15.

    Desert conga line
    [IMG]

Everyone was getting pretty hungry, so I put my camera away and tried to keep the group moving. The last six miles of whoops to Slash-X were fun :huh

    Finally :dg and :beer
