Lol. I will be careful. Not used to this high tooting bike prep stuff! Maybe if I spray paint them black they will be cool? Haha. Still no visible duct tape on it. I made sure to keep that hidden!

I started mounting my own tires and stopped Fing with balancing a year or two ago. Now I am using Dyna-beads (sp?). For me they have worked great - and I have recycled them from tire to tire with no problems.

KTMWorld/Highland Park does magic on the little bikes, I would think they can do a good job on the big ones.

Seriously, I've been trying to hire a good industrial maintenance technician for a while now and our HR department hasn't provided any well qualified candidates. Perhaps all of the good ones have jobs. Mechanical and electrical skills seem to be fading away as youngsters these days are more interested in video games and iPhones.

I can't believe I'm so desperate that I'm looking here. :huh

    Skills Desired:
    > Strong troubleshooting skills
    > Some electrical knowledge (must know how to use a multi-meter)
    > Experience with variable speed drives (troubleshooting & configuring)
    > Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics (mostly pneumatics)
    > Welding and fabricating skills
    > PLC programming skills (can you at least spell PLC?)
    > Self motivated, must have initiative
    > Able to run conduit
    > Leap tall buildings in a single bound

If you have any of these skills or know somebody who does, please send me a PM. If you have all of these skills, you are my hero. :lol3

Look at trade schools. I doubt anyone with a college degree can do all that. One of the places I'd look are power plants. Guys who run power plants need those kinds of skills. I know two of them but they're both retired.
