Theres a guy here who has had his R90/6 for sale for a while. I have a sixth sense that I get a certain "feeling" that a bike I see for sale will be mine someday....and I have it in spades on this one. Same happened the first time I saw the R100RS, and the R60/5, my Range rover and my Dinan M535i. oh, the Husky and ZRX too....anyway I digress. This thing is for sale for under 3k, looks pretty good, he says it runs strong but sokes a "little". I figured if I can get him down to 2k or less, i have an R90 I can trick out. PLEASE talk me out of this!

I sense you will soon be entertaining us with pics of a certain R90/6 that's been begging for your attention. :clap

When do we get to the 'fast' part?

I'll just make sure I only gun it where I can see a long way....for the stopping part. Of course, in my opinion, a tricked out bike also means brakes and suspension........not just an all motor monster with a Hinge and a bad stopping problem...:rofl

I'm not sure that the words "fast" and "airhead" should really ever occur in the same sentence. :rofl

Neither here nor there, but speeds on my BMWs...

    1966 R60/2 85mph to 90mph

    1981 R100RS aka Das Beast 120mph +

    1983 R100RS 125mph +

But... I pretty much live in a 73 mph world. Lest I want blue lights and more trouble than any soul needs.
