    Very interesting development. I wonder if the two quit for the same reason, or for opposing reasons? IOW, Red Bull's not keen on a strict spending limit while Ferrari is? Or both want it to be lax? They have 2 months to change their mind, so it may be a negotiating tactic.

    Unfortunately not. Sequestration is taking carbon out of the atmosphere and storing it. That's not how they make carbon fibers.
