Wheres the dog with goggles on? Its obligatory with sidecar photos :) Here's one of me with my supermoto wheels on ..... HPNY People , good riding in 2013 and beyond!
OK without wishing to appear (too) stupid, how does one attach a piccie? Ive read the advice by Baldy, does he mean sign up for something like flikr?
Sort of Mick, you need to have the photo on a sharing site like Flicker, Smugmug etc and then copy and paste the image url details into the post that you are making, to make sure that it is going to work before you click on submit try to preview the post first, if you have done it correctly then the photo will show in the preview. Good luck.
Hello people! Ok im new to this forum but i have been reading about all your adventures for the past couple of months :) anyway now i want to have my adventure but unfortunately i dont know any bikers!!Im planning to do some Euro trips and then hopefully build up to a World Trip, and i would prefer to have a travel buddy. Someone fun to travel with, able to look after themselves and there bike, preferably good with a wrench! I want to be able to go off the beaten track hence why i have recently bought myself a BMW F800GS and so would hope that my travel buddy has a similar type of bike. I live in West London, if your up for going for a ride out let me no. The more the merrier For anyone who is interested, im planning to go to the Chilterns tomorrow if the weather permits it. If anyone wants to tag along your more than welcome to.
Welcome This whole site is funded by Baldy as his hobby. His real job is running the photo sharing site Smugmug . There is no obligation to use Smugmug for photo sharing, but its a good way to give a bit back, ever wondered why there are no ads on here? Thats how he wants it. Lots of folks here will have a discount code in their sig line too so you can get a discount on your first year. I use a free site and Smugmug personally and think Smugmug looks and works really well. I also like that I have another place to have stash of treasured pictures stored somewhere. Cheers FBS
Brilliant! prooving once again that sidecar pilots are completely normal!! As normal as a bottle of crisps!
hello all, this is me ....... I'm heading down to Adventure Bike Warehouse in Manchester on 12th January to rekindle all of my happy memories about Coast to Coast USA in 2010 and the Dalton Highway in 2012, maybe find my mojo to do The Trans America Trail with Chris from Unchained Tours in 2014.....it only scares a little.... ..... ...... won't be on the bike, it's going through a dramatic facelift right now Anyone else heading down Manchester way, may see you there! Cheers Paul
Hi Guys I joined just under a year ago, However never really been that active on this and the thread I made when I introduced my self has all but dissapeared. So I thought I'd do it again and try and stick around this time. Anyway that's me on the left with Fantastic Mrs Fox on the right and in April we're leaving Bristol to ride the world, and dispite all the advice that was given against it when I first posted on this forum we're using CCM SR40 motorcycles. They have been adventure prepared by Gabe at Zen Overland who has made totally custom luggage racks and protection for exposed parts as well as supplying fanatastic after market parts. Anyway when we get on the road we'll post up dates etc but in the mean time our blog etc is on www.mudandknobblies.co.uk
