Is buddy cool with 4 holes drilled in the deck?

4 eyebolts unless you can find something that will grab the edge of the deck to anchor the straps to.

4 corners as others have said. Tie from the highest (solid) part you can on the bike (ie: handlebars, grab rail). I say this, although it may be obvious to some, it's not to others. I watched a bunch of guys strapping their Harleys down on a ferry a couple of years ago and tying to the lower frame rails and crash bars...might have just as well used bungie cords.

4 corners to h bars (or lower T clamp) and rear frame (or sub frame) with the suspension compressed when cinched down. No need for a wheel chock. Just make sure the anchor points for the straps are solid to the trailer frame. Those pot metal eye bolts snap off. :deal

Don't be afraid to screw down a couple of 2x4's blocks to block the front wheel either.

    Yup.

It's probably a plywood-topped Harbor Freight trailer, so it's easy to screw into :evil

Note drywall screws are NOT meant to be loadbearing.

Like I do, around the frame below the deck.
