Nice... it looks like the bike is on one of those hitch-mounts.... how does that work for you?

Works really well. I have the ramps and tie downs for when I am hauling more then one bike. (dirt bikes) but for a heavy bike this works great. The Tundra bed is pretty high so it can be difficult with a full size bike. This easy to get on and off. Can lock the hitch and bike to the truck. It is easy for one person to do. Had to move a non rolling wrecked K75. Backed up to it and lifted it on with a friend would have been very hard to get on the bed of the truck.

Went to Gravel School on Saturday, went great till about the last hour when battery died....
Got to learn about being towed, was not keen but works well the Peg to Peg method.

Grey, 2/84, vin 6058511, in Holland. Bought in 2/2014.
I want to keep the geometry but make it fit my 6'5" and expand the range.
Sofar I fitted a 45 liter HPN tank in white/orange. Within weeks I'll fit a Tomaselli GS bar, 1" risers, an HE brake disk, steel braided hoses and a better seat. Within some more weeks I'll also fit a Siebenrock 1000cc conversion and probably a 320 cam shaft. And maybe, just maybe, if I can find an excuse for spending 1300+ $$, a Siebenrock SGS2 exhaust system.

I drove a 1000c Siebenrock R80 GS for ten years to over 250.000 km and sold it while still very healthy (the bike I mean) in favour of a 1200GS. Never loved that new one though, drove 80.000 km with it in two years and now I'm back on a 2V. And a happy camper I am :D

Hi Pommetje, I'd think again about that HE, they tend to wrap. Rubberchicken had this happen to him and so did I (not the one on the R100GSPD when I was selling it though. But let me put it this way; when I hit that scotter I at least had someone to blame and pass the bill to...)
    Best regards, hobbelkoe :D

This weekend I upgraded the bike somewhat...
GS bars, a Siebenrock seat + rack and an HE 320mm ( almost 12") brake disk plus adapter.
Looks decent to me though the bars need to rise some 2 ". That's next and so is an engine upgrade to 1000cc.

Has anyone seen the ST special ? I like it , a really good treatment but it will upset any purists who see it!:D I'm no purist, I reckon it's a beauty and I'm even thinking of copying it.

Leaves me stone dead cold. I can appreciate the work that's gone into it, but the finished product does nothing for me I'm afraid.

The strange little assembly on the tank is a disaster but the rest of it takes me back to trials AJSs and does it quite well.
