Gidday. My new to me 04 Adv S has a factory alarm fitted and while it came with the fitting instructions it didn't come with any instructions on how to use the alarm. Is there any? Ive done a few web searches with no luck. If not whats the deal, what does the yellow and red button on the remote do? Cheers R
Nobody? Surely someone out there has a factory alarm in an 950? Can you give me a brief written description of how to use the alarm. Cheers R
The Red (LH) (1) button arms. (bip) The Yellow (RH) (2) button disarms. (bip-bip) Pressing both at the same time will set the alarm off (panic function) You can disable the alarm by turning the key on, press-and-hold (2) for 5 seconds. (1 bip = disabled, 2 bips = enabled). When enabled, the alarm will auto-arm 3 mins (iirc) after the ign is turned off.
