Here's one of me riding my Strom up from the path to the hidden hot springs near Nakusp, B.C.. From 2012 when we attended the Horizons Unlimited meeting. Good times. Except for the 17tooth front sprocket - really shitty choice for anything off the tarmac.

And another... this one is from our annual 'Run to the Hills' from 2012. Just a quick iMovie of some of the fun. Most of us have either sold or wrecked our Stroms and are into different bikes but they were a great girl to learn on.

two of us are just back riding from brisbane to sydney and back along the east coast of australia. we went out of our way to stitch every national park, state forest and dirt road we could find together to make it almost completely dirt the whole way. a barrel of fun....

The wife and I went riding this past weekend. We staged at Grassy Flats in the Upper Nestucca OHV area. What an awesome January day in the Oregon coast range!

.....and just as nice on the way back. I'm always amazed at the variety of landscape and scenery in Oz. It really is delightful country that you were riding through. As a sometime hiker, I can imagine that traversing your route (or some variation thereof) on foot would also be an enjoyable trip.

Is it 'stealth' camping, or are you free to set up wherever you like?

Thanks. The weather's been awesome in the hills the last few weeks here.
We've been working on the wife's off road skills on our dirt bikes so she's ready to ride her 690R on our vacation this September. We're taking 2 weeks to ride the UtBDR north to south then back north through Colorado to our staging area at Bear Lake, Ut.

During the summer of 2012 I rode my 1977 Kawasaki Z650 from England to Northern Spain with my 13 year old son accompanying me.

We shot a video of our adventure, which is presented by my son.

I’ve re-edited the footage down to 8 minutes.
