Is there any interest in dirt road tracks in the low country? The closest hill is probably 100 miles away but there are 500 miles of dirt roads within 50 miles of Hilton Head Island!! The roads may not be challenging for you hard core guys but the scenery is interesting if you don't mind the odd wild hog, deer or snake! GH

    Yes, very interested!

I run from Augusta to HHI a couple of times a year, I'd love some data on the area. If that's what you're asking...

I think this is a great idea. The only places I have any familiarity with are in the Francis Marion National Forest and some roads near Hollywood. I haven't logged any tracks as I usually use my iphone to navigate, but that could change. I'd love to contribute.

    Keep us updated.

I have a few dual sport type rides near Hilton Head - mainly along either side of the Savanha River.
I would be happy to lead/join a ride if there is interest. Give me a shout.
