    I'll try to contribute to the cause by setting up three or four get togethers in the Jan-Apr time frame for some of the riders from the "SE WI" area to meet up and jaw a little bit.

    I intend to vary the arrangements for the get-togethers to allow more opportunities for someone to make at least one of the meetings.

    It looks like it might be a good opportunity to see who is up to what this year. Talking in person about some plans and opportunities might lead to some people getting involved in some rides and events they otherwise might not have (MI rides, BYOB, SLAP, WestFest, local impromptu rides, new riding buddies, etc).

    Get togethers will be relatively short and informal and could involve two or ten - doesn't matter.

    I plan to vary the get togethers to be on weekends and weeknights - or even weekdays if it fits for some. Soup/sandwich, coffee or beer type set up.

    Probably best to move the locations around to make it easier for some to join in. My guess would be that there would be one between Milwaukee and Madison, one near the IL state line (Lake Geneva or No IL?), one north of Milwaukee, and maybe one in conunction with some other event.

    Could be a good time. Of course, any ideas are welcome. The goal is to make it easy for people to participate. :D

    I know of a couple good places to have a meet and greet in the Fort/Janesville area. Granted most of them serve cold beer and some even have great food. :1drink

    There are some great places around there. Plus, some folks from points east could stop in Eagle at the Ural "dealer" (a lawn and garden place)to check out that oddity as well.

    I guess I also should have said that it would be great to pass the word to encourage some of the less visible members to join in. :D

    I would definitely like to go to something. Anything around the lake geneva area would work, and on some weekends I'll be in the green bay area if we do anything up further north.

    Weeknights/weekends don't matter to me :)
