1. 10.00 GMT- 12.22v after 25 mile run yesterday leaving it at 12.5 or so once settled. Stuck onto new charger.
2. 11.00 - 13.25v charging.
3. 11.30 - 13.30v charging.
4. 12.00 - 13.34v charging.
5. 12.30 - 13.37v charging.
6. 13.00 - 13.40v charging.
7. 13.30 - 13.43v charging.
8. 14.00 - 13.44v charging.
9. 15.00 - 13.48v charging.
10. 16.00 - 13.44v charging. After v small fluid top-up to equalise cells @ half time.
11. 17.00 - No measurement, doing other stuff...
12. 18.00 - 13.47v charging.
13. 19.00 - 13.47v to 13.50v charging. Fluctuating slowly.
14. 20.00 - 13.48v to 13.51v charging. Fluctuating slowly. No 'boiling', very slight gassing when tapped sharply.
15. 21.00 - 13.47v to 13.48v charging.
16. 22.00 - 13.52v as 14. Disconnect after 12 hrs trickle.
17. 22.30 - 12.45v after 30 mins settle time.
18. 23.00 - 12.43v after 60 mins settle time.
19. 01.30 - 12.34v. Back on charge.

I would like to help but I only have two bikes on the road out of 5 so no spare batteries soz

When I told my friends about this, they all gasped and told me I could be Boorman’s twin. I couldn’t see the resemblance myself. Ah, I love something that jogs a memory! Last day of high school, I was dared to stand on a desk and sing a song. I rose and sang Rocky Raccoon start to finish (minus a few d'da d'da d'das and d'do d'do d'dos) while teach stood below calmly telling me to stop and get down from there.

A short round of applause, a bow, and my act was over.

No recriminations, and on to adult (cough, cough) hood.

Slightly better condition than the K 'MeMW' I just shifted from one bike shed to another here at the place as they are reclaiming the 2nd bike shelter where it languished. I can only hope they're clearing it to build me a garage/workshop (they're not clearing it to build me a garage/workshop).

Doesn't form a cohesive whole for me, tho/ough as usual the semi-opinion has to be taken into account that I accept it's better than anything I could do, but then what I'd do is rip the bodywork off & bare the mechanics.

I guess I should be entirely clear that's not as in 'the mechanics working on it would be bare'. No, in the hanger in which my massive Leno style motosickle super collection is housed then all the mechanics wear matching antiseptic uniforms (changed each 45 mins). I guess it's time to drop all this "I'm a poor inbred with no moollah & a knackered bike with a battery that needs replacing" artifice/front that I've been playing out. I am in fact an Ultra-Quintillionaire media/technology/varied ordnance/beef jerky magnate and have been lying to you all for all this time. What can I say. I'm sorry.

You see I was sitting around on my rich fat ass in Gucci & Dolce with an infeasibly large fortune that I did little or nothing to earn or deserve* and I thought (in my tiny brane) I'd have a dilettante dalliance with the coolio world of Motosickles. Thus the first thing I did was to set up an office (just like in Long Way Round) and launched a sub-hipster weshite full of mis-information, useless 100 word articles & pictures of almost identical airhead psuedo-scramblers made by my mates from similar cashed up backgrounds. I then inveigled myself into a set of other (often bearded) buffoons and we all set up our bikes in art galleries & then stand in a circle of jerks congratulating ourselves on the nothing we have achieved. Then we got t-shi(r)ts & c(r)aps made up with our ugly logo on them & lie to ourselves about how we are real bikers & real journalists & are very molto hip oh yes.

Then I probably ripped off some film maker or another to make us all a vanity film so that we could feel even more important, and so it goes on & on until I find some other flippant tittery and then I will move on to ruin some other scene by pushing up prices & lowering standards maaaaaaaaaaaaan.


NB: This doesn't refer to the originators of the pics in the first source post as I have no idea about them & they may in fact be quite pleasant fellows but I still think (for my taste) the bike would be better naked



* Except take my undeserved inheritance of privilege & drop all those silly egalitarian principles I pretend-held during my student days and become an agent of Babylon in preparation for the great tribulation, fighting of course on the side of the baddies.
