Where to ride in West Virginia?

Coming to West Virginia in a few weeks. What donyounguys recommend to ride? I have a triumph trophy and my brother a Harley road king

I'm familiar with Charleston and the big bridge to jump off near by.

Do I make charleston my base or some other city. Budget is not an issue. Great food a must, but more importantly smooth twisty rolling roads

Marlinton or points north of there as a base.
Camping? A new base every night.

+1 on Marlinton. If in town on 22-25 AUG. just up the road at Snowshoe COG is having a rally at the Snowshoe Inn. Come hang out with us. No cost and we should have rroute sheets even tho any road round here is great with very little traffic. We are the Concours Owners Group but all brands are welcome. Rooms run about $70 a night. I've heard it said that there ain't a bad road in WV... I tend to agree. For a campground I'm biased towards Big Bend campground. They put in showers this year, but in years past the river has sufficed as a wash basin.

Marlinton Motor Inn is a good one, Yokum's near Seneca Rocks, many of the state parks offer lodging or cabin rentals.

Riding in WV sucks. I wouldn't recommend it.

Route 60 east to Chimney Corners then Rt. 16 to Fayetteville. Turn left on 19 go across bridge and turn left........Good ride all the way from CRW.....
