I don't see any difference in mounting hardward. My 2010 uses the same as any 950. Look at suppliers sites and they will break down the different years if applicable. 950/990 are the same.
If you are referring to the plastic Gobis then yes, apart from being available in black and other "minor" updates, the Gobis from the 2004/2005 series are the same as the ones offered for more recent 990s, etc.
If it helps - I have the Gobi's mounted up on my Suzuki GSXG and that bike is a 1993. I use the Gobi's on both of my bikes. Hepco Becker mounts are pretty universal from what I understand. If you have Hepco Becker mounts, you can mount any Hepco Becker Pannier.
