Basically anywhere there was red on the OEM graphic, I had Humvee replace it with BMW roundel blue.

I think this is the way it should have come on the white GS from the factory. IMHO it looks way better than the red.

Now I get to see how long they will last riding everyday in the elements.

Hopefully Humvee will add this color combination to the regular inventory.

God Bless,
David

Hi David,
I am glad you are pleased with the way it's turned out, it does look good ( he says modestly.......)
I will be adding this design to the site in the near future, it will be a little more expensive than the regular beak sticker as there is more time and labour involved in the manufacture, all being well this item should be on the site this weekend, I think this item will be available in the following colours: Red with Black shadow, Blue with Black shadow and maybe Orange with Black shadow, check out my site over the next couple of days and it should be there.
Regards,
Steve.

p.s. David; Regarding their durability, they should prove to be robust and long lasting, the biggest threat to their longevity is from a jet wash or high pressure hose, avoid a direct hit from such a device and I'm sure they will last.

I've had lots of interest in these new stickers and several of you have ordered them, most were shipped yesterday (you will have received an e-mail to confirm status as "despatched") the remainder will be shipped by the end of the week, this product is now available on my website, thanks for the support.

Black on Black action

Hi!

I was deceided on NOT adding any decal at all on my bike as I got it painted stealth black (V.I.P. Style). Then I saw theses black decals which you can't quite see at daylight and are damn reflective at night. I got interested.

Do you have a suggestion? I thought about the plastic screen under the windshield. Could be a good place to add a sticker since it never gets much exposed to elements.

I wouldn't put stickers at much places since I am kind of rough with the bike and I wash it with a pressure water pump. All my stickers lift at some point.

Suggestions accepted tho!

Hi, you mean the cowling over the headlights which is covered by the screen-right....that's a great place, as you say it's protected from the worst of the elements but still visible-especially in reflective. The durability of the vinyl I use is excellent, it's the same "7 year external grade" vinyl that commercial signwriters use for vehicles signs etc. It stands up to a lot of abuse, doesn't fade and sticks like sh*t to a blanket
That said I wouldn't advise direct contact from a jet or pressure washer-just in case
Cheers,
Steve.

Hi Matt,
Looks great thanks for the pic, I'm loving the union flag on the tank panel is it painted or a vinyl wrap?
Steve.

Any chance at a custom sticker? I was thinking of a design that outlines the BMW badge in a circle with flames shooting off towards the back, as if its going super fast.

I'd prefer the stickers in yellow to match my yellow F800GS...

If you actually like the idea enough to sell them on the website, I would furnish you with a photo of them installed on my bike. Trade you the picture for the stickers?

Sorry in advance for the poor picture.

I like stickers!!!!!

This company makes them in all colors to match the various R1200 GSA color schemes.
Hi Matt, thanks for the heads up, just to carify the "R1200 ADVENTURE" sticker on the tank came from my shop, the Union Jack side panels are not my work,I can't tell from the pic whether it's paint or vinyl wrap but it looks cool
What's the word on the Union Jack tank panels Matt?

Nice Job
Again, for all inmates these tank panel flag designs are not my work but they do look great
It would be easy enough to make these up and add them to my website, my big concern is regarding "user error" when applied by the customer, I imagine a high failure rate which could leave me open to all kinds of sh*t from irate and unhappy customers
I'm not sure the world is ready for d.i.y vinyl wraps
Ciao,
Steve.

Since the BMW GSA side panels are pretty much simple curves (i.e. not complex curves where you're bending front to back as we as top to bottom), application is pretty easy.....if you take time.

I agree, that TEXAS flag looks AWESOME!!!!!

I'd be interested in a couple more UNION JACKS if you can make them to cover the entire size....

FYI - You have have seen a few more sticker orders coming your way since the local crew are eating this s%^t up!

Matt.
Thanks for the info Matt, I'll look into producing a range of larger flag designs for this application,as you say it's not a complex curve so fitting should be fairly straightforward, I'll report back when I have some news.
Agreed-posting on threads does have an effect on sales, I've shipped a dozen or so orders stateside today

More new stuff..............
For the 1200GS TRIPLE BLACK there's this;

The R1200 section is made from Black over Silver reflective vinyl and the TRIPLE BLACK wording is made from Silver reflective vinyl, both parts are on 1 piece of transport tape and are pre-spaced and aligned so application is straightforward and easy.

And a variation of the 30 Year Anniversary design (the picture shows a sticker with my website address but we can offer the original 30Year wording too) ;

This item is printed onto reflective vinyl and over laminated for durability, application is a little more tricky due to the compound curvature of the bike's panel but a good result is easily achievable if a little time is taken to ensure correct alignment before application.
I applied these stickers to my own bike dry, first I alignined the bottom edges and forward facing "point" and gradually smoothed the sticker outwards and upwards taking care not to crease the vinyl or trap any air beneath the vinyl.
My bike is not an anniversary model, it's an 09 GSA painted metallic white.
Thanks for looking.
Steve.

Both items will be available on my website soon.
