BMW Airhead with Caribou Luggage
For you Old Skool folks, here are some pics of Caribou luggage on a 1994 BMW R100GS. Here we use Hepco Becker side luggage racks and our cases with our Caribou ALS lockable quick attach/release hardware, everything available from Caribou Luggage Systems (One-Stop Shopping and Support). No drilling or shaving plastic required, simple bolt-on system. Available for most BMW airheads. Note that the lead time on the Hepco Becker racks for these older bikes is 6 weeks, so plan ahead

The cases and mounts held up well in a crash....slow dump after going off the road at high speed.

Caribou Luggage on a Triumph Bonneville
Here's an example of the vast range of bikes that you can fit Caribou Luggage in a simple turn-key fashion (no drilling, no shaving cases, no figuring things out)...
Triumph Bonneville.... ![]() ![]() For this Triumph we used our 36L cases with our ALS attach system and Hepco Becker chrome side luggage racks. Strong, waterproof, and secure. Lots of storage space and they look pretty good too. With this kind of set-up you can have several different bikes for different types of riding and use the same set of cases

Just pulled the trigger for a set of top-load for my F800GS - can't wait to get 'em! Pictures once they are installed.

Here is a photo of the back of the top loading 36L case. Steel latch brackets with compression latch, polypro bushing material for contact surfaces...

I went to order the ALS kit today and can't seem to find it on the site. I swear I found it the other day.

Any chance the new top loading cases will be available for Monokey mounts?
I fitted a GiVi Wingrack 2 to my 1985 Nighthawk S. I have 2 very old/used 36L cases now that have seen much better days. I've been eyeing the Caribou replacements for several months and the top loaders would be great.

Questions:
1. What racks come with BM63 - BMW R1200GS Adventure Top Loading Side Luggage System? Are they the Hepco Becker Racks or Caribou Racks? 2. Will the toolkit Case BMW9 work with BM63? 3. Do the inner bags fit the top loading cases? Thanks, Steve |
