I think they feel sorry for you if your plate is dirty and give you a buy so you can afford to wash the bike. @ Pyro, there are some nice twisty roads along the escarpment just north of you. North Halton will keep you busy for a few days. A little west of here you can follow the grand river out and back from Lake Erie. Nothing challenging but it is picturesque. Lot's of place to get fresh perch for lunch out that way. Get those maps out drcool

On the theme of route recommendations, can anyone suggest some fun or scenic asphalt to do for a few hours out of North Bay?
A loop would be nice, but it doesn't have to be. |

As far as riding out of North Bay There are all kinds of great loops. There's the coffee at Sturgeon then up through Field and Marten River and south on 11 or the run around the lake that takes you all the way to Parry Sound. Or out 63 to 533 (the sand should be of the twisties by now)then down to Mattawa and back 17 .Or out 63 to Temiskaming and up to Ville Marie then over to New liskeard and down 11 to home. Just PM me if your looking for riding commrades. (who cant spell)
