It was good to meet up with GhostRyder at Fat Matt's. I just wish the weather hadn't turned sour. Glad that we waited for a break in the rain. The ride home was actually pretty dry.

Looking forward to riding with more of the Atlanta crowd in the coming year.

My standard riding buddy and I tend to do a mix of twisty back roads and Forest Service Roads. (We rode the Fall Follage and Hooch Dual Sport Riides this year on our KTM 950 and BMW 1200 GS fun machines.) However, the occassional "urban" ride is thrown in when we don't have as much time.

It's all good when you are on a bike.

I have no problems with it... I just try to avoid it when 350,000 'guest' are going to be in town!

But if there's a big fun ride leading up to your meal there... it may be worth it.

Ever led a multi-bike tour through Atlanta?

Then there's the obvious question... Where would we go?

I was talking to Kirk, and he had a good idea....just ride through the different parts of town and see whats going on. Little 5, the highlands, midtown, downtown etc. Would it be a good idea for a huge group probably not but for a few bikes I can see where it can be fun.
Also a place that I work at would love to host a group of riders on a Sunday. I am talking with them now to see what kind of deal we can work out......free food...or a beer or two.
