welding up the external framd

Started TIG welding up the external frame. Unfortunately the shop used what material they had on hand, 7000 series aluminum, way too hard to bend even with pre-heating. I was hoping to kerf and bend it but it just broke so I am having to TIG weld it. This will not work for a kit so I am going to have to do it again with some softer material and see if I can't work out a procedure that can be done without welding. My shop guys don't seem to understand that even if they have to order material it is important to get it right as just anything won't work.

Today I bolted up the external frame and installed the shocks & axel.
