i JUST BOUGHT A DL 1000 and I love it, had it only 2 weeks, added crash bars, center stand, skid plate, powerlet, piaa aux driving lights, mp windshield and the one and only bigfoot side stand. . Replaced KLR 650 with this bike wish I had done it sooner.

That's one thing that has really sold me on the Strom was the GREAT headlites I know mine are a little high (With the low beams, I get a lot of SHIT from on coming traffic) and the high beams pretty much shine above the roads surface. But I've never adjusted them, they came that way when I bought it. So that might be the difference for me. |

Arriving at 20,000 miles. The new mapping for FI helped. No problems- and it gets flogged on a regular basis.

YO! I've lurked in this site long enough...time to join in on the fun.
Own a 2005 Wee...ride it every single day, and if you've seen the weather map you'll see what a lovely winter we are having in Seattle. I should have bought a jet-ski. Previous bikes have been, well, dang near everything up till about 1995. Then had a short break till now. Happy again! I'm going to try and figure out this photo posting thing... -SZ |

I've got a K3 DL1000 and liked it so much I got a K4 DL650 as a second bike. I like em both for different reasons. I like the one I'm riding at the time the best!!

Stopped at the local dealer today, he's got two red wee's in stock. Thankfully, it was cold, windy and snow on the ground today, so I was able to leave with out a bike. Of course it's supposed to be in the fiftes again the rest of the week.
