Working on whoops when this happened. Not surprised, but the last 10 miles on the trail and the other 20 on the street were a bit nerve racking. The only thing holding it on was the battery bracket and one of the seat bolts.

Who's making and selling the gussets ? I don't have time before I move to make them myself I don't think.

Here is a good thread for inspiration:

My dash is a bit full of gadgets. Here is a slightly dated picture:

Awesome! I think you'll like how it sounds! This is the one missing the insert, right?

I just installed a Tusk Grip Heater Kit, which was an excellent bargain at $20. However, I just checked the RM ATV/MC website, and the Tusk Grip Heater Kit is now on sale for $9.99! Trust me, you can't go wrong at that price.

Trade Secrets

For you guys that wait until the last minute to buy something on eBay, can I suggest http://www.ezsniper.com? I hate giving up my secrets, but we're family. This lets me put in the absolute max I'm willing to pay, and it goes in for the kill at the last possible moment.

Spud, I have have had grip heaters for years and couldn't imagine riding with out them once temps drop a bit. I'm glad you have discovered them.I have gone through a few sets and have tried something different each time to insulate the left side, nonetheless, it still doesn't warm up likes the throttle side. What did you use to insulate? Maybe the key is too wire each separately and put a rheostat on each grip heater. Oh, and thanks for the heads-up, I'm ordering a back-up set.
