I'm thinking some of that cash goes to those new Icon boots, helmets, and jackets

Thet do flow a little more with the baffle out , but youre right about the spark arrester. While waiting for my pipe , I took a large screwdriver and stuck it into the openings in there and twisted it to spred the holes which did help a little.

So, how does the bike do now at high speed?
It does great. It has a Scott's Steering damper on it now so I can simply crank up the damping.

When are we going to get someone to hook one up to a flow bench and test with/without baffle

Well I just happen to have one remember Jeremy? I live up in Oregon, just south of Oregon City. I like mine very much and had no trouble negotiating trails with it. Plus as Brown Falcon stated it comes off in minutes to be replaced by the oroginal or whatever.

Yeah, I would love to do that ride, but I'd rather do it with a couple buddies, at our own pace. It will be a few years before I have time for a trip like that though. Gotta get my bachelor's degree finished up and get back to work...

I should have one (a copy of one) in a few weeks if everything goes smoothly. Trying to decide whether to paint it white or black though. Gotta match the rest of my bike...

Ok, your up...but you modified your muffler so now you need one un-modified for the test.

I have double takes on both bikes. Last week I tested the mirrors on my GS to a 25 mph front end wash out. Both mirrors were moved but were 100% functional

No pictures of the bin.....
