The rear bracket will be M8x20mm into the threaded body mounting holes.

I'll use 3/8 NPTF to 3/8 barbed 45 to 3/8 transmission/oil line and into the oil return on the bike on the right side and I'll have to take it through where the R/R is and move that into the airbox I suppose.

Maybe I missed it but what's the reason for mounting the oil cooler out on the rally mount, say, over a setup like the Sutton or a more traditional xr400 style setup? I realize it's a solid mount directly to the frame stem, but I would be worried an impact on a front end digger would snap everything right off, rendering the bike unrideable. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a neat design, just wondering the thought behind.

XR400 doesn't work because of the anchor on the stem. Sutton is directly behind the front wheel, GSMark is off to the side so in a fall, which I fall mostly to the left, could get damaged. Transmission heat sinks have small fins, the Jagg cooler I have in my garage is too weak (in case of impacts) and again would be off to one side, probably left. I could go for an XR400 if the anchor wasn't in the way, and I've only gone down once where the tower even bent a little bit, so my bets are, it's a safe location considering the options.

And I designed it. like everything else on the tower brackets.

I know it is a little late to ask this question, but, since you seem to be a highly skilled designer, could you make the mount itself a cooler in similar fashion to the use of the frame as oil storage/cooler.

I was thinking the same thing, save weight and add heatsink mass in the same step.

It's never too late. I hadn't thought of that. I kind of like it for a bit of space savings and the design challenge. I have the space between the towers that isn't being used for anything and I need the increased stremf I know dis. I suppose I could engineer in proper support and protection to avert propensity for fracturing. I'm going in. See you guys on sunday.

and

FCR-MX, NGK R2525-11 (coldest plug I can find from NGK that fits), LC-1 O2 Sensor and Gauge, SSI-4 , and header with O2 bung welded in. Just need to get my FCR adapterPrinted by a buddy of mine Chris Vestal with Rally Moto Kit LLC (link below) and i'm running like a pro. I also am waiting for my DB9 to USB adapter to plug into the computer for logging TPS, RPM and O2 signal. I can hopefully create a comprehensive profile of feedback so I can jet perfectly.

I was glancing out the window at the neighbor's cows, and after the page loaded I somehow saw teats instead of tats. Guess I've had enough to drink for the evening. Haha.

Hopefully the USB adapter will be here today or tomorrow. I'd like to see it setup too!! If it doesn't, I'll be fiddling with the eddie carb and needles this weekend. I have a feeling I need to just spend the money and get some quality fuel, there's a place in Reno that sells different blends. I still have top end pinging.
