Hmmm, cod oil, baby seal oil, silicone. Things to keep in mind for the future.

THere used to be a watering hole tucked away in the trees up where we ride. back in the 70's and 80's it was dirt bike heaven... parking lot was always full of bikes. I cant begin to count the times when a bunch of us would have a few too many and then strike out for the ride home. Always the same... "NO RACING... we are all too damned drunk"... That would last until someone got tired of eating dust and the race was on. We'd all end up in a big pile a few corners later. That same story would play itself out four or five more times before we'd get home. Five drunks on dirt bikes... in the dark... two bikes with lights... what could possibly go wrong with that?!
Thinking back on it now... we were a bunch of knuckleheads!

Laugh Some riding pix

Hey sports lovers. Time for all you spannerheads to down tools for a while. Took a short ride - too short for an RR - this morning and thought you would enjoy riding along. Not too cold but road was plenty slippery after last night's rain.

Right, break's over, back to work guys

Looks like a fun ride. It is amazing how similar it looks to many places here in Idaho.

Could you imagine waking up around noon on Sunday... head throbbing... empty beer bottles scattered everywhere. The vague memory of your bike and lots of laughter haunts you so you wander into the garage and there it is! OMG what have I done?!

He must have seen the purple framed Suzukis and thought, YES, I NEED THAT.

Also, question for the XRL Hive mind. I'm planning on picking one up in the next month or so. Anything specific I need to look out for?

And if it smokes BEFORE start up , it's got major problems.
