Nice looking bike with great mods. Let us know how the tubliss works out. I've got a rear hanging up in the garage.

Those are the ones I used on a friend's L and CR. Sharpened them up a bit with a carbide bit on the die grinder. I'm not sure you can do better functionally.

I think stock tire psi recommendations with trailwings was 22psi frnt and rear.
I was running 20
Tubliss, not DOT so guidelines are based on off road bikes, says 10psi +/-
Now I have the Heidenau's on and was 25 rear/27 front on the beemer (sold it yesterday)
I am doing a ds ride today with a group of inmates and there is going to be some real woods sections so I'm wondering about trying lower psi
I have 18 psi in right now and only had time for a very short rip so I think that is ok but I wonder if I can go lower?
What do you think? I don't want to hold everyone up playing around with this so I gotta make a decision.
Haven't installed the Dyna Beads yet cause there is probably some soapy water in the tire from install and the directions for the beads say to not use with any liquids such as sealant or tire lubes.
I figure the long ride today might get it all sorted out and I can install the beads after.
The Heidi's do have two little red dots on them indicating the "light" spot of the tire so they are mounted at the Tubliss rim lock. I'm going to put 2 ounces of beads in the rear and one up front as per the instructions.
