I went in like 2008 I guess (along with the MotoGP) and Kenny revived the 750 and went for a few laps. OMG, I honestly feared he was going to lose it. I saw him at dinner the next night (he came and sat at our table). I was literally star struck . He, Wayne, Kevin and others were having dinner at the same place. I should've took pics.

Here's some from the event.

I think there was a race or something too...

You are correct... too many conversations going on at once. On-line, in person and when you factor in the voices in my head, it gets really crazy!

Those who run the MT21 front tire...

How many miles you get out of it (with a good amount of pavement riding) and how smooth/rough is it going down the road and turning?

My TR8 front is wearing like iron but it has a weird pulsing shake to it and feels really chunky in the corners... The rear is down to the wear bars now at 2,700 miles.

I've got my next rear tire picked out, but I'm looking for a fairly aggressive front tire that will wear well on pavement but still last a while and be decent off-road...

That's the rumor. The engine runs out of juice well before you hit the rev limit, so I don't know of anyone who has actually run up into the rev limiter.

I have had one on the front of my bike for three seasons. I only put about 1000-1500 miles a year on the bike. The knobs are starting to wear at an angle so I need to flip it around to square them off. I love the front MT21! It is a darned good tire off-road and hold its own on the pavement. I dont know that I will experiment with anything different when this one wears out.

The rear MT21 is not holding up so well. I figure I will get one, maybe two seasons out of it.

So your front has about 4k on it? How much life left? How smooth is it on pavement and on faster paved turns? My TR8's are scary feeling on hard turns because they feel so bumpy...

It doesn't feel like a knobbie until you are almost to a stop. It seems smoother running on pavement than a D606. I can't talk much to speed in corners and such as I take it pretty easy cornering the big ole girl on the street. It probably has another two seasons on it (if I get off my butt and flip it around).

Installed a powered Touratech GPS bracket for my Garmin Montana today.

And rode a bunch of section line roads, about 60 miles worth.
