I remember an episode that Steve took all the bolts off a plane prop in like 6 seconds........big bolts...so if Steve got those hands too i think he could sell his air tools...

I vote we make Steve change his screen name to Steve Awsum........

Back in the day when I would have a DR visit at Kaiser they would have my file brought in. Now this was about ten years ago or so. It was easily over two inches thick.

Now everything is on the computer but if it was still the file it would be at least five inches thick. And it's almost ALL motorcycle related...

Boy oh boy have I made my money back with Kaiser.

I've Been Busy

I may not have been busy with XRL's but certainly some of their cousins.

The Orange one was done after the knee job.

All those little circles are the staples.

Yes, it still hurts.
Your orthopedic surgeon did an excellent job! Keep working hard at physical therapy. You want to get as much range of motion as possible.

Oof... Listen to Spud. Tore my PCL back in May, and I still can't touch my heel to my ass. Didn't do much PT, and now I'm regretting it. Got a fancy CTi brace though...

It can be dealt with but it does limit tight turning("U" turns).

I can't lock mine. I might be able to if I forced it but I don't want to take a chance of twisting the tank by forcing the forks against it.

I have the bending part doing OK at 115' but I still have work to do on getting it straight enough. And no, I haven't been able to kick my ass since I was a teen. I'd rather be in the garage wrenching than exercising. Not good I know. I've got an appointment with the PT today. Think I'll take some pain pills before I go. I was on the KTM at day #12 !!!

Keep up the good work. I know physical therapy hurts, but you need to break that scar tissue now, and get as much range of motion as you can. Your current discomfort will be rewarded with much greater mobility later.

But I already broke the scar tissue loose at day twelve when I rode the KTM to the post office. On the way back I was having a hard time getting my foot high enough to get it on the peg so I forced it and it went POP. Boy that hurt like a SOB! No issues since.
