Unfortunately I couldn't get my camera out fast enough but the best police-bike scene I ever saw was while in Venezuela last year.
A cop was cruising down the highway whose passenger was a helmetless prisoner who had both hands HANDCUFFED to the seat rail. Image the mess that would have been had they fallen off into one of the many car-sized potholes on the Venezuelan highway. |
