A Tampico, Tamaulipas (MX) lady traffic officer on an ATV

Two Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (MX) motor officers trying to help me find my hotel (that's my R1100GS in the background).

Maryland Highway Patrol. I spoke to them briefly, but only about final drive failures. They said only 1 of the three had failed.

Each one had his name on the front fender...you can see it in the photos.

Can't read German in the link you provided.. what's the story with this picture? The cop is writing a ticket to the blue rider? I thought there was no such thing as speeding on the Autobahn?
