Turkey in August. Its soooo damn hot ..... When, where, what? Is anyone riding in groups? Any ideas for decent Dual sport rentals without getting ripped off for 10-14days? looking for anything from an Africa Twin to BMW 1200gs. If you have any information please forward it to me. I'll be two up so a 650cc will not do. Thanks Guys.

not turkish

not turkish here, but lived and worked in bodrum (yaliciftlik) and alanya (okurcalar) for half a year in 1993. Worked as a bouncer for "binbir gece" here in vienna so i still speak a little turkish.
i wish i had a bike back then.

Damn, turkish highways are wicked.... i took a bus several times from bodrum to antalya.. pretty dangerous back then. The bus got stuck on a road cause he wanted to turn and we had to push the bus back on the street...

I was in istanbul 2 years ago with some friends joining a kickbox competition , i dont wanna ride in istanbuls traffic - but from what i've seen :
like a billion cars, no accident... amazing!

the pics you guys posted... very nice roads, woods.. looks like fun to ride!

keep that raki away from me!

greetings from avusturya!

I take your offer. Would love to try that. Do you live in north or south of Croatia?

I always thought Sljivo was hungarian?
But the name indicates somehow that its more likely from croatia....
