Esalentine,

Gorgeous. I'm very envious of that trip of yours.

I think in the UK numbers/letters must be at least 6" tall (double row) & 9" wide. Cops are very touchy on this subject. They need to be able to read it from about 25 yards.

No biggee....... we are used to it

Last August

This is the beast of burden in use last August in MI. The Porcupine Mtn state park. Two up with all the gear for a week on camping. Ready to do it all again.

Yes sir. You can see the pipeline in the background. For the most part it was in pretty good shape for us. We did have some rain both on the way up and back that muddied things up for us, but the rain wasn't as bad as the water trucks dumping water / chemical on the road surface - that made them really slick...

Mine are actually home made, but I pretty much copied Palmers design. They are a very worth-while investment if you like to put in long days in the saddle.

25 yards?? I don't think you can read car plates from 25 yards in the states.

I was going to do the same thing, Copy the Palmer design. But I have been busy and found it easier to just order them. Instead of waiting another year to get to making them.
And as with the other stuff I have bought from Palmer, it is top notch stuff

The Dalton highway is on my bucket list ... Someday :
