Great picture by the way.

The bag is a Moose fender pack. I didn't like the way it fit the fender and was very secure on the flyscreen. It houses my tire repair kit and extra tools.

That one is coming from the vent line on the cam cover.

Here are some pics I took today,1" piece of flat stock steel from lowes, bent holes drilled for the horn and fender bolts, then powder coated. Horn has about 25+ thousand miles of hanging out by the front wheel, no issues.

Not mine anymore

I had a horrible day yesterday, had to say goodbye to my Buell. She is missed already.

Why did the bike have to leave? If the reason is pictured on the seat, you'll probably be like half the guys on ADV (including me), and be back in 10-18 years.

I sold the bike cause it just wasn't getting used and because I'm getting laid off and we'd like to have a cushion of cash over the off season.

I used to ride about 6,000 to 8,000 miles a year. Since we had the boy it has been bad, think I did about 1,400 miles last year.

I still get to ride my enduro once in a while (around the farm and near the house) but I sure miss the road trips.

Not a picture but a question.

I'm at work and the bike is at home (walked this morning).

Can someone gives me the rough seat dimensions? Length and width would be cool.

Thanks in advance guys!

The seat on my XT is 28 3/4 inches along the top from the back to the airbox cover. It's right at 32" along the side. Widest point is right at 18".

I assume you are using these so you can box and ship one?

Not exactly.

I found a waterproof backpack cover and wanted to be sure it would fit as a seat cover. Since I was there, I wanted to close this "issue" 'cause I'm prone to forgetting these little things.

Thanks!

So wrong, in so many ways. Used to be a great pub in High Ham - was like walking into someones living room - but with a pool table and bar. Now sadly closed :(
