Riding in bus only lanes?

Hey All,

I'm rather new to riding in NYC and I'm curious if it's legal to ride a motorcycle in the bus only lanes of the city. Anyone know?

Cheers,

-b

Why does that not surprise me? I suppose too all those bikes I see parked near fire hydrants are also illegally parked?

Hey folks.. Anyone looking for a new bike? I'm selling my beast:

Time for a more track-worthy toy.

The law says 15'. I've seen cars towed for being 14'11". Seriously. Motorcycles get away with quite a bit for the most part. YMMV.

as a returning rider (33 years away) and thus a noob, i'm wondering what folks use to lube their chains?

i have a 2006 z750s with an o-ring chain.

the chain was lubed 2 weeks ago by carlos up at sotomoto/greenwich ct-rye ny border. (VERY good guy).

the z750s doesn't have a center stand but i picked up a pitbull off craigslist so getting the rear wheel properly off the ground is not an issue even though the bike is parked in my co-op's garage.

so, without starting a flame range war, what/how do most of you use/do to keep your drive chain lubed?

thanks in advance to those who care to share.

be well.

rob
