Nah, paroled for good behavior. IPA's @ GMT. Tanks for the offer, though.

They didn't, that bike was made by Armstrong. Harley bought them out in order to regain the military contract with the US government. The Army turned around and said, nah, we're gonna go with the Kawasaki instead.

Armstrong had enough extra bikes lying around that Harley never had to actually make any of em, they just shipped them all over along with the tooling to make more.

By the way, I have one sitting here. Check my sig.

Planeview Park from last week:

I'm Floodin' It!

This guy drove into the waist deep water of the Gowanus Canal, waited six minutes, then opened the door and walked toward us. A non flooded passage was just five blocks away. Bye Honda Pilot!

New York City finally sleeps.

No sleep here, Staten Island is a mess, as well as many other areas.

Sandy fallout

I spent a couple of hours riding my bicycle around and checking out the damage. One odd thing I came across was an intersection on Flushing that had all but one crosswalk signal signs knocked down.

On another point, I came across this bicycle only, on-street, lockable, parking space - the first one I've seen. Someday this will be the case for motorcycles. (Opening the door for Task Force members to chime in. )
