F650's, Whats Your Fuel Mileage?

Anybody getting 65 miles a gallon?

Dakar consistantly gets 65 to 70 under normal conditions of 70/75 mph. Not much less when you really hammer it.

I get between 65( on crappy wintergas) to 72 MPG. Usually around 68MPG. Regular F650GS

I average between 65 adn 70. It goes a littler higher when spacewife is riding it.

Checked when Rogues is riding it, I know I don't get that high. Around 50 is what I remember.

When I am out having too much fun on the 650, like when I followed you guys up to Monterrey, I only got about 50 mph, but that was with the throttle wide open most of the time

I spent a month on a loaner F650GS (non-PD model), and averaged 60MPG most of the time. I had a blast, would love one if they weren't so damn expensive.... Its a great bike for our local goattrail roads...

(note the width of this TWO WAY road...)

that road looks like that side road from below la honda on up to skyline where that one home owner has all them (like 200) pink flamingos, no?

Wifey is getting 65+ the way she rides. My son swears he got 75 mpg when he borrowed it

no, actually, its Schultie Rd, up above Laurel, east of highway 17, and south of Summit, along the route of the old Suntan Express Train that used to run from Los Gatos to Santa Cruz. Approximately where the red cross is here...

its not a terribly useful road, I was just exploring squiggly lines... parts of Laurel Rd are unpaved, btw. its all rural-residential, so you have to keep your speeds way down, anyways, the natives drive these bigass 4x4s and those roads are *narrow* with blind turns up the whazoo...

here's another... Buzzard Lagoon Rd, above Nicene Marks State Park, off of upper Eureka Canyon Road and Highland Rd.
