When it comes to ADV touring, many will think of what route to take, what gear to get and what bike to have. In the poorer part of this world, there are some rider put more focus on family affairs. Here is a photo of my friend Mr. Wang who took his mother to Tibet on his motorcycle. The route he took is some of the most challenging roads in China. Currently he has already made it to Bomi, Tibet and expected to arrive Lhasa (the capital city of Tibet province) in about 2 days. May be family involvement can be a heart warming adventure experience too.

Great post, pics and story. Would make a unique ADV magazine storyline. You dont hear much of that sort of thing now right?

Well done and good day to you.
First the Earth cooled. Next came rats, cockroaches and KLR's... and life was good.
