Nice bike, it has a nice garage-mate in the left corner too. What's the yellow bike hiding in the back?

Too bad its soooo difficult to see the exc hiding behind the front end of the adventure.

The yellow bike is an 00 RM. We all have our weak moments.

Here's a pic of my other adventure toy

This is my 1986 TLR 200,just got it going and riding around in the workshop, first twinshock trial of the season on sunday, hope I have time to sort the few little problems out.The rear shocks have been a hassle, finally found some XR500 ones and fiddled around till I got the preload close, but they are over damped, have to see how they do in serious use.The 13 tooth gearbox sprocket is overgeared, but the smallest I can get is 12,have to try it.This is no pretty bike to restore and look after,it will be used hard, tossed down banks, dropped on it's side in rocky streams.Looking forward to having a 4 stroke trials bike, main drawbacks will be stalling and lack of grunt, but engine braking is a bonus.

Before I got it ,it was used for pig hunting, had a big wooden carrier on the back, has hauled out 4 pigs - 3 on the back, one across the tank.It will end it's days in my hands, doing what it was built for.

My new baby. Only 130 miles so far. Can't wait until the weather warms up. I can handle the cold, but the freezing rain is a real killjoy.

Here's last year's project bike. I put this together mainly so my teen son or daughter could ride along with me while I take the Dakar on windy gravel jaunts. But it is also a great little playbike to ride out to the dirt club and bash around the hare tracks. A really GREAT turning bike, and it weighs less than I do. Fun, low-dollar (sorta) bike that, when appropriately geared, will haul me along at 70 mph with no complaints.

Like any project bike, you never know for sure when it is "done." This one could certainly benefit from a pipe, but I have concerns about noise levels on the street. So who knows...

I guess the bicycle is to ride home when the rear tire on that KTM wears through?
