Brekky
predicting rain all weekend, I was so dissapointed waking up to perfect blue skies, temps around the 0 (32f)... warmed the handgrips up
and of through Wisemans, stopped for brekky at St Albans, then round the block via Putty and home... a short blat... beat views in the morning!!!what a waste if I'd slept in Oh- by the way- lazily coming back long the Putty Road (75km from Windsor) cruising at about 120, all of a sudden appears a bloody BIG REINDEER antler's were amazing, it came out far enough infront for me to hit the anchors, more in amazement more than avoidance... so that woke me up ![]()

Mate sometimes the short blats can be the best. Had a good short blat a few weeks agao. 2 hrs 160km`s. Bloody great.
One thing though. Reindeer????????? . As a hunter of many years I assume you saw a nice Red Deer stag.Possibly a Rusa, but I`d say a Red. As the rut has been over for about 4 weeks now I would assume he was a bachelor off on his morning scout about. Just that some bastard plonked a bloody road on his turf.Cheers Craig

You must have had some strong cough medicine that morning if you saw a reindeer. It was probably a Fallow deer, as Ive seen them before when riding up there, but only Does and Fawns crossing the road.
So its going me wondering, isnt it about time an Oz adventure Handgun thread was started!

stirrup iron is pretty effective too plus you can use the strap to hobble them once caught
