I put on a Thruxton tank just to see the red color on it.

Still looks good, sounds bloody good & runs a treat. 52,000 kms on the clock, just keep throwing tyres at her.

Cheers Terry

Just finished

Just finished this thread...OMG I have never taken this long to read anything. Wow..tons of great pics and advice.
Santa must have not gotten my note...so I still need a Scrambler...got a great price on a 2013 a few weeks ago but I need to see that new Blue first...hopefully at the upcoming bike show.
I have been looking at used since I have so much farkling to do..Arrow pipe..suspension..alum rims..etc Not many bikes available though and the prices are so high it might be better to buy new.
If anyone knows of any used Scramblers or mods available..please let me know. Preferably up here in Ontario but would consider a US bike as long as the title is clear. I was looking at a salvage bike at auction but found out that it could never be licensed here in Ontario...we have some pretty interesting rules up here...maybe not regarding Mayors

Well here is one in the Wash DC area - if I didn't have my '06, I would have grabbed this one:

Know it is not in Ontario, but it looks to be a honey of a bike, I'm assuming it is still available...

Thanks I'm sure it's nice but I prefer a little newer....
Preferences... EFI...solid colour ( I'm Canadian..we put the u in color )
black engine..twin clocks
In a dream world...it would have Arrow pipe...high end shocks and a cartridge fork..hey I said I was dreamin!

This would b nice! Doesn't have to b an Arrow pipe.

That's a boot it
