on board computer

is there anything like an on board computer which track all the usual (speed, distance, time, temperature etc) but also tracks performance, service intervals, service stats, oil pressure, tire pressure etc

obviously there wont be one which does this but its just some ideas maybe people have heard of one that does some of these things

For the Scrambler?

I bought one on fleabay for $929. It was supposed to be here no later than the 30th of July. The 30th came and went and on the 2nd of August I contacted the seller and he said he hasn't gotten any for awhile and Arrow is having trouble with some new EPA regs.

I asked for my money
back, and he refunded me, but he's still selling a product he doesn't have.

I looked at some other fleabay ads, these for the full retail of $1099. Only, those ads have disappeared. Like, they suddenly learned they couldn't get them.

Then I went to Triumph's website. The best I could find was that they would notify me when they got some in.

There is a guy who has one for about $110 under retail on fleabay.

Is there some problem with Arrow?

It's a real bummer cause I have a new Scrambler being prepped as I type this and hoped to have the pipe installed/remapped when I took delivery.

Great shot - which mirrors are those, exactly? I've found a bunch online that sorta might look like that ... but I'm not sure.

Thanks for this post Blumtnman. I just got finished putting a set of Thruxton pipes on my '06 Scrambler. I called the dealer to get my Thruxton sidestand and they wanted to know if I wanted one from an EFI model or carb model. Do you know if this matters. They look relatively the same to me, but I thought I would check with the experts to be sure! Anybody know anything about this? Thanks All!!!!!

Should be same same, carby or Efi. Its the length that matters y'know. Seriously the suspension from a Scrambler fits the Thruxton. The sidestand is the same length on both. Hope this helps.

Hey been thinking of getting a Scrambler for some time now. Reading a bunch of this thread has definitely helped my decision and as of one week ago I own a black 2009 Triumph Scrambler!!! Super excited, love the way it rides and looks! Bought it with 4,000 miles, Arrow 2in1 exhaust, extra black mirrors, extra single seat with rack and original pipes, mirrors and seat too. My buddy and I are going to take a trip west to the Grand Canyon next summer (hopefully)! But first the list of accessories I want:

PO took the tank badges off, so I'll need those

Dart flyscreen

Luimoto brown seat cover

Bar end mirrors

And maybe the tach kit, it's weird not knowing my rpm's

And probably other stuff I'll see or think of along the way, gotta make it my own!!

Is there any other wind screen options other than dart for the newer scramblers that have the speedo and tach side by side up top?

Also, my fuel light keeps kicking on around 89 miles. Them will take about 2.4 gallons of fuel. Isn't the Capacity 4.5? Whys my low fuel light coming on so early....

New rubber on the bike today. First ride in the dirt was way better than the stock tires. LoveN the tkc 80's.
