Will do Slider.
That looks to pricey for them parts. It would have to have been in a plastic bottle. That was an odd crash. Narrow road but very straight in that section. whatever happened it sure looks like it sucked. Pretty new SUV.

Thanks for the photos, cj.
Got on twistedthrottle.com and the describtion of the SW Motec bars states that the Touratec high mount fender kit won't fit with these bars. Kind of a red flag for me, since I eventually want to do a conversion in the future. I e-mailed twistedthrottle and asked them if a "supermoto" fender would create the same problem. Waiting for a reply from them right now. What do you think?

Fubars,
If you look at some of my past pics. I put the supermoto front fender on mine. It just needs to be spaced down about 1/2 an inch. here's another

I put a set of Trail Tech HID light on the bike this last week. Tested them out one night.
You can't even tell the stock light is on. I have the Euro light also. I'm headed for a little ride this weekend (about 1600 miles), should give them a good test. Headed toward Canada. I'll post some pics when I get back. I made some custom mounts and put them on the forks. Now I have light where ever I turn the bars. Just like my LC4.

Well, the weather was VERY iffy towards Duluth last weekend so we headed towards the UP. I did an IBA saddle sore 1000 on the 950. The roads that we took were mostly 50-55 mph so it took us a total of 22 hrs to complete.
We (Q-dog on his DL650 and I on my 950) went from Thorpe, WI to Sualt Ste. Marie, MI. Then we headed home to Milwaukee. We were running short on miles so we headed to Kenosha, then Lake Mills, then home. Started at 5:30am, finished at 3:30am. We were pooped. I slept till 2:30pm on Sun. The bike ran great, it needs a new rear tire very soon. 7100 miles. The lights were too bright for normal road driving, too many on coming cars, but on the gravel back roads it was great. pics soon.........

Finally
First, Here is the rear rack I made for my trip to MO. I made it to fit the Chase Harper soft bag and it worked great. I also used that bag for my IBA ride weekend, no hard bags.

From the front. If you need extra light just take off the covers, it's like looking at the sun.

The FMF's arrived!
New Look. They are a little louder than I thought they would be, but they sound nice and mean. Aluminum can, w/ a Titanium end cap. Q series, forest approved. They must have had a rookie puting the stickers on that day.

The updates. New rear MT90 at 7,800 miles. Still going to run the front. See if it will last another rear.

Very nice updates! I've never been a fan of how the old FMF's looked, but those new ones are quite nice!
7,800 miles! Did you really put that many on the bike already? You've only had it since what, June? Way to go!
