Hey, my thread is back from the dead. This is cracking me up, I started this back in June of 06.
The funny thing is, even though I bought some cheap seals, I've never put them in. I just cut the springs down and put them back in, they are still working fine, never leak...yet.

...50mm WP Extremes.....somewhere out there, some poor bastage is wanting in the worst way to get some info on getting himself a set of seals for his ol' KTM....and he digs into ADVRider's execrable search engine......

Which is really convenient cause i warped the first seal and had a spare one to put in its place.

I also want to thank synergy seals for helping me out on a replacement for the seal I bent.

really should have an installation tool to drive it.

A good quality silicon spray applied to fork legs before and after a ride gives me at least 15000kms of leak free riding (mainly dry, dusty infested trails) before I even think about new seals. This has been the formula for several KTM's now.

I have WP 50mm and I need new seals for my fork.. planning to put them on a Sportster.. how long does Synergy Seals guarantee their seals to last?
