Welcome back to the UK mate. I have been a lurker on your thread for a very long time.

Twas in Seattle and Boise Idaho last week…..So many more options for riding on the other side of he pond. It is a shame the Adv won’t be accepted as carry on.

Just planning the summer trip – thinking about Norway….

PS – Keep the posts coming – it is a great story to follow.

Awesome to see that spiffy bike-that has seen so much action-in the green and verdant British countryside.
Found some great new 950 trails around New Ulm this weekend. Keep up the good work mate.

Well........I just changed the headligt unit, including screens with BDG. Even if I did look like granded for a day

It is better though, especially for my tall arse!

Grandad here,

you young Salford Whipper snapper. I borrowed the screen of someone else to try out. It may not look great but it sure as hell works better than the standard one for long road rides. I've done a couple 400 mile days over the last week up and down the motorway instead of using the car for work.

For the 2 minutes it takes to swap screens i'd use it from time to time even if it kills the street cred

PS. That Touratech add-on is a bit crap it I do say so myself. Doesn't seem to do anything for me
