Very Cool

But it may be a tad hard to reach if needed. What do you say? Ahh, please do not rob me....or hold on while I get in the top case and arm myself. For secure storage it would be great. Thanks for sharing.

No, no, no...you got it all wrong...that's our backup. We carry our primary's in a Bullman Scabbard leather holster,...and mag pouch for the extra magazine.

A primary in the rear case is bush league.

BLUE,

That's nothing. I'm still trying to figure out how to side mount the AR to my new 950 "S" with a clip on/off magnetic quick disconnect for smooth acquisition and restore while riding. The hardest part is how to conceal it.

BTW-for you CF types I didn't mean to leave out this holster for carrying your primary's.

oh and the Top case is nice too!

Question for the group; any chance that handle on the top box is available as a purchased part? If so, would it fit the Gobi saddlebags as is? P/N? It looks like the Gobi accessory mounts they sell on KTMTwins but a full bar instead of the individual loops.

Doug - where'd you order it from, what did it cost, and does it include the mounting bracket?

I need one of these...

I ordered it at KTM twinns.com it was $360 with the bracket tax and shipping (i think that was free). The case was on backorder they said about 2 weeks.

so...will it hold a helmet? Not a huge deal, but that'd sure be nice if it did. I ordered one from KTMTwinns as well...it's on hold until the other part (mounting bracket) comes in, then they'll ship it for free.
