They sprinkle a little bit in to "dope" the frame material. It's like the nano-carbon hockey sticks and handlebars. More hype than anything else... which is fitting for a Tri-bike.

A little RR

I thought I would share my latest route. I cirumnavigate this mountain.

South end is a rock quarry.

West side. Utah lake coming into view.

Rounding the north end.

That is Mt. Timpanogas across the lake.

Half way point. Good time to rest. Best spots to take pictures are at the top of a climb right?

Back south along the east side. Home is off in the distance.

Nice loop with minimal traffic 32 miles long every other day. Off days are climbing intervals up the local canyon. Hope you enjoyed.

Griffen

FWI remember from being in a shop when the rep was in, they take AL, etc. and smash it all together to make the MMC tubesets. I haven't ridden one to know whether it does any good or not, but they look nifty.

Lots of em running around Sandy Eggo. Not so many elsewhere

OK, so it won't spontaneously implode or turn her into a mutant... that's good.

It looked pretty solidly built. Good welds, big tubes, and it didn't weigh much at all. The bike used to belong to a woman who raced it for a few years, and it looked like it was in good shape (minus a few cosmetic scuffs and scratches).

Will send pics once my friend gets the necessary shoes/helmet to enjoy her new ride.

Nice photo write up.

Your 32 mile loop is way cooler than my 28 mile loop.

Riding in the wind blows.

I rode in(to) it today too. There were thunderheads rolling in and threatening to rain on me. Only got a little wet. Did 11 miles mostly up hill (isn't it always).

I had the trail pretty much to myself, only saw two other people. But I did happen upon a few of these guys getting some sun. I nearly ran this poor guy over.

You guys who have beautiful scenic places to ride suck.

Of course, I spend most of my time looking down at my front wheel cussing myself for not riding something with a motor in it.

how's this? 5 minute pedal from downtown or my house to the bottom, maybe 15 to the top. Default ride when we're too lazy to go anywhere else

The Concor was all right but a Brooks is always right. Dropped around ten pounds so far. I may have to switch to a triple front for the canyon climbs.

Well said... they have to be the most gimmick gullible consumers out there...
