I'm not sure yet, I will let you know in a couple of weeks. I'm leaving in six days for a week of riding in Colorado, I'm sure I will find out then!

I had Berg's old style racks on my last SE and loved them, they made great crash bars.

That luggage looks the business! Homemade rig? Looks like you thought of everything: straps for gas, water, and keeping the weight low... Like it!

Tank panniers were made previous year, but rear bag one week before trip. I made it with polyethylene inserts, so it was totally waterproof except some leakage through zippers when i rode through the rain. Except some minor problems very good design in my opinion. I had 15 liters of additional fuel (I need range of 350km). Quick on-off with 4 buckles too, I used original KTM panniers frame.

Great work! I'm sure folks wouldn't mind seeing some close up pics...

I'm totally sold on using soft luggage for "real" dual-sporting. The advantages and flexibility far out perform any of the few negatives.

Again, a well thought out and nice system you've built there, kudos.
