Hey Dog,

How was the MH airbox and H2W jetting at altitude? I assume Ken did your jetting at a lower altitude? Ken did my jetting for sea level and it could not be more perfect (no....freaking awesome!!!). Not traveling anytime soon but just curious with jetting so fat for the increased airflow of the M/H airbox how that would work out once the air starts getting a little bit thin...

Thanks and nice photo!

Hey Stump Yea Ken jetted it for about sea level, I turned the flexjets in some once I got up there. Just your normal little down on power at altitude. Got a little more than 20000 miles now and loving it more than ever

Local Spot?

Hey Dogsslober. Is that a local spot? Looks beautiful, I'm guessing it must be in the Sierras. Somewhere around Shaver Lake maybe???

Thanks Dogsslober,

Flexjets, right...forgot about them. Drat I guess if I I ever take the beast abroad and to any significant altitude then off with the tank and carbs again.....

For now limited to 1500' msl blasting around here in Banana Republic rousting all the chickens and dodging all the coconuts. Thanks for being the test for the airbox and Kens jetting. He has got it spot on!

You need to come to Texas, goodcat. Take care, ride safe, and don't be such a stranger.

Now, back to our regularly-scheduled program...

Gratuitous 950 SE shot...

Eehhh...they are cool, but short...maybe 30-40 minutes to get through them. Its good to add them into a longer route plan. The Lake Tahoe are has some excellent riding and spectacular views. Hope to see you all at the KTM Rally in a few weeks.
